Also install the insulation we will supply the insulation. Ceiling height approx 2.4m *bedroom 2- install new Gyprock approx 9sqm Also install the insulation we will supply the insulation. Ceiling height approx 2.4m *loft- install false ceiling approx 10sqm. This room has low ceilings (approx 1.6m high)! *cupboard wall- install gyprock 2.4m high by 600mm wide

Fire rated gyprock must be installed under the stairs in the garage. 2x13 mm layers of fire rated gyprock fire rated mastic to be applied around the edges and screw holes of the gyprock. Stairs are <1m wide - total of 15 stairs. Only the straight part of the stairs need the gyprocking. The top part can be closed off with gyprock (one photo) against a timber frame.

We dropped a tool and it bounced hitting a wall putting a small hole into the gyprock. Looking to cover the hole professionally and paint the whole wall. Paint supplied. The section to paint could be 2240 x 415 (small area) but it will need to blend. If it can’t be blended into current paint then an additional pint area would be 600 x 3000
