We have a 4-acre property in Gumdale that is fairly old and in need of constant upkeep/maintenance. Seeking a handyman for regular work who we can call upon when issues and new projects come up. (Our previous handyman was probably here once or twice a week doing one job or another!)

I’ve got 3 rust spots that need repaired and patched up on a 1985 Landcruiser Ute. 1 in each passenger foot well and 1 minor one in the chassis. - Due date: Flexible

We have a new carport that need two garage doors hung. Ground is a little off but we’re not too concerned; we need garage doors hung urgently on to stop our kids running out onto a main road! Will also need to build brackets and rails as we only have the doors. No idea what this job is worth so have taken a guess :-)

We’ve got various tiles on our veranda that are loose and have broken due to the movement of the slabs underneath. Hi All Need to dress up our fireplace and put stone around existing rendered fireplace

We need three concrete ramps into doorways around a house. Ideally these would have a plastic barrier along all edges so that they can be removed at some point in the future if we move out / sell. We want them to be sturdy and fixed in place, but ultimately not to impact the surfaces underneath and to be removable. One needs to be stenciled to match existing pattern. Hi, we had done epoxy on our floor a couple of years ago. We didn’t fill any cracks and also did a poor job as shown in the photos. We need someone to redo a coat over this and fix the defects .

We’ve got a total of six pictures that need to be hung. Four will go into solid brick walls, one into plasterboard and one into bathroom wall tiles. Please only apply if you have experience, can hang them squarely and without damaging the wall/tiles.

Need someone to come hang some paintings up for me around my house. Have 5 medium sized paintings (easily done by one person) that need to be hung up, hangers already installed just need someone to put the paintings up for me. My girlfriend can show you where the paintings are as well as where we would like each of them hung up.
