I have 12 things I need hanging. 6 x one sheet posters in frames (easy) on hall walls. 2 x A3 posters in slightly heavier frames on brick walls. 1 x rather large wooden frame on dining room wall (heavy - maybe 10-20 kg) - wall is not brick; you’d need to find the supporting beams; 1 x large wooden frame on my bedroom wall (brick); 2 daybill posters - possibly on my bedroom wall (brick) or maybe in lounge room (undecided).

We have a storm water drain in backyard and I would like to explore the option of removing the grate on top and and replacing with Merbau decking. Not sure if it can be done or not or if it would be too flimsy or not as it’s about 1.2 deep and if you fell down it would hurt a bit! Hoping to remove the ugly grate and if it could be done in 140mm Merbau it would match the rest of the deck. Ideally it would be easily removeable if I ever needed to access the pit but I’ve never had the need to currently. Pit is 860mm wide x 800 long and 20mm deep. I will put minimum cost against job to see if it generates any interest but happy to be guided as to a more realistic cost. Note the grate goes about 100mm under the existing step.

I need the walls plastered where the plumbing has been removed. Will also need the plaster board around the exposed pipe (see picture) demolished and replaced as it has cracked in the process of removing tiles.
