For the desk - Desk frame (6 steps) — ~45 minutes Adjusting the top frame, attaching the lifting column, fitting the feet, side brackets, mounting the tabletop, and connecting all the electronics/cables. Straightforward for someone experienced. Each cabinet (ECF185-RIG / EC185-LEF, 9 steps each) — ~50–60 minutes each These are more involved — cam locks (35 pins, 35 cams), drawer runners, inset hinges, and threading the lift column through the cabinet top. The diagrams show a 2-person job for parts of this. Total estimate: around 2.5 to 3 hours for the complete setup, assuming both cabinets are being built. A few caveats worth noting: the cabinet assembly requires a second person for some steps, and the cable management/control box wiring on the frame benefits from patience to get it tidy. If the tabletop is being sourced separately and pre-drilled, that saves time; if it needs marking and drilling, add another 20–30 minutes. For the gym - Please see photos
