I need a 200sqm area of gym flooring to be sealed. The goal is to avoid crumbling of flooring. See on image below. Floor is not very old, but deteriorating. I need something that will reduce the crumbling and extend the life spam of the floor a bit. Open to suggestions, but I believe sealing it would be ideal.
