Find an experienced handyman in Eden Hill

Looking for an experienced handyman to install a small wall mounted folding clothesline on to an external brick wall. Must bring a high quality wall scanner or power stud finder tool to safely trace the wall for hidden cables or live electrical lines Must supply heavy duty anchors/ plugs appropriate for a brick wall and support a full wet load Must bring all necessary tools (hammer drills, masonry drill bits, spirit levels etc) Previous experience in installing folding clotheslines is desirable.

Need a 4m x 4m slab down for garden shed to be located where pool removed. Someone with experience please

Collect Rotary clothesline (Already assembled, but closed and the pole comes apart for easy transportation) take to Eden Hill and erect. It may go into the hole where the previous one was. Or may need to be erected close by with a new hole

General carpentry work. Install sections of skirting a piece of architrave, and VJ paneling. Remove and replace a hinged door (new door needs to be shortened). Install the old door as a sliding door. Fix some door handles. Preference will be given to someone who is available over the next two weekends, but I do also have some weekday afternoon flexibility (Thurs/Fri afternoon, Tuesday mornings). Quote is set as a placeholder. Please respond with hourly rate.

Kaboodle kitchen addition and mods

Hi I need a small Kaboodle laundry installed. see pictures for details. Not included in the pictures is a sink that will need to be installed and plumbed in as well.

Job was never completed when ceiling was done. Looking for someone to supply materials and install cornices to tidy up edge of wet wall ceiling in bathroom.

I've updated the listing. Few things to mention that arnt on the plans. No benchtops to be installed. There is a end panel next to dishwasher and on side off overhead slimline cabinet above sink. All overhead cabinets a push mechanism, no handles. All base cabinets and drawers have handles. Base boards to be cut down and put between overhead cabinets and ceiling to fill in gap. All plumbing and electrical have been moved. I'm changing the price to low and am hoping for quotes. Thanks

Old door had handles positioned high, have new internal door, hinges and handles/deadbolt ready for fitting. Require the old door removed, new door trimmed to size, fitted and new handles and dead bolt fitted. No painting/cleanup required. Hoping to have this completed by 29 April.
