I need someone to repair a horse rug. It just needs the leg strap sewed back in. I have done this previously by hand but it just needs something stronger so it lasts longer. It is a horse rug so it is dusty. Also open to a quote for cleaning as well as the repair, but as it's a winter rug I'll need it back before nightfall to put back on the horse unless it's not so cold one night soon. Pick and drop off would be ideal.
