Find an experienced handyman in Cronulla

Looking for an experienced, licensed tiler to strip out old carpet and vinyl, lay down soundproofing, level the subfloor, and tile an 85m2 footprint that covers the hallway, living, dining, kitchen, and 3 bedrooms. The 200x1200mm plank tiles are already purchased and on-site. The job involves ripping up the existing flooring , laying an acoustic soundproofing underlay, applying self-levelling compound to ensure a flat subfloor for long planks, and precision laying using a 1/3 offset stagger pattern to prevent lippage, along with adhesive, grouting, trims, and site clean-up. Please provide your total quote (specifying if adhesive, leveling compound, or acoustic underlay are included), estimated start date, timeframe, and examples of previous large-format plank tiling work

I have a ceiling fan with light and remote that needs to be fitted into a bedroom. There is currently a down light in the ceiling where it can be fitted.

1. Put fingerpull (or similar) on 6 flyscreens (there currently aren't any). The flyscreens slide up and out but there's nothing on them to pull them back in. Flyscreens are a variety of sizes, from a small bathroom one to a medium sized bedroom one. 2. Replace broken window lock. Top and bottom window panes are locked in place (purposely) and the lock doesn't line up. The lock is broken and needs replacing - and I assume it needs some sort of block/chock (or similar) underneath it to lift it up on one side. Price negotiable - please give me a quote.

Handyman Needed Tomorrow | Assembly + Rubbish Removal | Cronulla Looking for a reliable handyman to help with a few jobs at my apartment tomorrow. Jobs include: • Assemble a new dining table. The tabletop 2.7ms in length is boxed in the garage and needs to be carried up to the unit. It may require two people to lift safely. I can assist if needed. Once upstairs, it simply attaches to the base. • Assemble an LG StanbyME TV and stand. • Remove and dispose of cardboard boxes and general packaging/rubbish from the new furniture our other items (photos attached) • if you’re confident with tech. I have a new robot vacuum that I’d love help setting up and connecting to the app. Please bring your own tools and let me know if you’ll need a second person for the tabletop.
