Floor is lifting in a couple of locations. Looks like there was no expansion gap left during renovations. Can't see any signs of water damage See photos of damage, prefer to do it without sanding and refinishing.

Installation of new Villa board after replacing the (rotted) timber battens in the ceiling of the front veranda. The damage to the villa board and battens is as a result of the recent rainstorm and seepage of water from the cracked grouting in the front portion of the balcony tiled floor above. The affected area in the balcony has now been regrouted.
