Hi There, I have two ceiling fans that I need replaced. I have the fans already. One is upstairs main bedroom the other is downstairs living room. The new fans don't have a wall switch - remote only so the two light switches will need to be changed (they have the old style turn wheels on the wall). Pictures of fans and light switches I would like them replaced with if possible (I'm not too fussed if you don't have that same style but would prefer them). Located Carina Heights. Task 2: Replace laminate in bathroom for shower area where piping is to be replaced. Involves replacing frame as rotted out due to being wet. Task 3: Help with repair or replacement of laminated vanity doors. 4. Other costs for plumbing etc Note building materials needed to be paid for separately and purchased as required. Will assist as needed to get the job done.

Old grout and silicone to be removed. New grout and silicone applied in shower, around screen and sink.

2 Pieces of glass have come loose from China cabinet lead light door. Need them reset and surrounding area stabilised.

Install an off the shelf Bunnings external blind. The blind needs to be attached to a wooden beam on a deck. 2.4m x 2.4m.

Fly screen to be installed in two doors

Need to put together a bathroom vanity, and fit it in bathroom, it's a Flatpack, including cutting holes for pipes etc. No plumbing required. Also Affix to bathroom wall a mirror cabinet. Bathroom wall is steel frame with plasterboard. I can assist as required, but looking for some who is handy. Hi - I have a 65” Samsung Frame that needs to be wall mounted. It is being mounted on the inside living room wall that backs on to the garage. The controller box will be put in the garage so will require a wall tube/cutout to the garage.

Fix waterproofing at top of shower dwarf wall. Remove tiles to waterproof and Re-tile a small area if required. Replaster wall.
