My pensioner aunty needs someone to repair the ceiling in kitchen. There are two options for her- 1. Fix crack by scoring out, plastering X 3 including mesh, sanding then undercoat/top coat ceiling white. 2. Replacing exisiting gyprock, plastering several times, sanding without painting ,ready for her friend to paint to keep costs down. Pics hopefully are showing line of crack that runs along ceiling. We have a new kitchen sink and mixer, and need to get it fully installed. The sink, mixer, and fittings are all there. I have purchased some Caroma S-pipe and extension fittings that may be of use, but I don't know exactly what is needed for the undersink plumbing.
