Gate won’t close so needs fixing

We have an internal door frame with hinges, and we bought a new door that needs the handle installed and hung onto hinges

I have a leak on my balcony, and I believe it may need regrouting or possibly the waterproof membrane is damaged. Also, the render around the balcony and the garage ceiling (which is located underneath the balcony) has also been affected due to this leak.

Remove remaining guides from old shower screen and handrail. Then cut to size 3mm Wallart panels and glue over the top of existing shower panels and along side of bath tub. Need 3 holes cut out for hot and cold taps and shower head. Have external corner trim which is only required where shower meets bath on 3 edges and mitred at the corner. All panelling supplied

The fryer machine leg is half detached. It needs to be reattached and stable.
