The chains from the roller blinds came off, need to fix it

Blind 1 - after a certain point the blind continues to roll down on its own. Blind 2 - the fabric has totally come off the roller. May have also had the same issue as Blind 1.

I need a combinations of sheers, blockout curtains and roller blinds. Sheers and blockout curtains will need to be ceiling mounted and be wall to wall. The ceiling tracks will need to curve in the corners of some rooms. Approximately 56m of sheers and 56m of blockout curtains will be required. (Width) length TBC 3m. $15,000 budget for the sheers and blockout component. If you are unable to make it work, do not tender. You must be able to supply and install as well as had extensive experience in doing so.
