Supply and re-thread a new manual cord loop. 2. Ensure the internal manual clutch is working correctly. 3. Re-attach to the existing wall tensioner. We had a tradesman came over and glued the ends of the cord back on, but it has recently snapped again. We are wondering if you would still be available to supply and replace the snapped cord?

Hi, my large translucent roller blind in Bondi Junction is not able to be rolled down. I think part of the material is stuck in the roller mechanism. The blind is only a few years old.
