I have a 20-year-old manual Luxaflex Silhouette blind. The continuous cord loop snapped and has been pulled out of the headrail. I need an experienced specialist to: 1. Re-thread a new manual cord loop. 2. Ensure the internal manual clutch is working correctly. 3. Re-attach to the existing wall tensioner. Must have experience with Luxaflex/Silhouette sheer blinds specifically. I have attached photos of the headrail and the broken cord.
