Hi! I've got a single roller blind that's stopped working and needs the chain clutch mechanism repaired or replaced. What's happened: The blind was let down too far past its limit at some point (before I moved in), and the chain connector bead has jammed up into the clutch and mangled it. There's no chain stopper fitted to prevent this, which is likely why it happened. What I've tried: I've pulled the clutch out and inspected it. The chain loop is seated and oriented the same way as the working blinds, but it now only drives in one direction — it lowers fine but locks like a seatbelt when I try to raise it, no matter how I set up the loop. I'm fairly confident the clutch is internally damaged and needs replacing rather than just reseating. What I need: - Replace the roller clutch / control unit (please bring a spare to suit a standard roller tube — I'll attach photos so you can match the size and bead chain, looks like a standard ~4.5mm bead) - Fit a chain stopper / limit stop so this can't happen again - Re-roll the fabric onto the tube if it's slipped at the end, and test it raises and lowers smoothly Helpful to know: There's an identical blind right next to it that works perfectly, so you can match the setup exactly. I'll attach photos of the broken clutch, the working one, and the bracket. Timing: Looking to get this done today, tomorrow, or over the weekend. Please bring the part with you if you can.

There are two veneitan blinds in a one bedroom flat that need replacing over the weekend or on Monday or Tuesday. Remove 2 x older venetians and install these new shown in the photo. Must have done this before and have own tools. It's been measured to go into the existing clips but we want to unscrew the old and replace with the new clips.

Remove the old blinds drilled into the wall (please note that that the wall is brick/concrete) and install IKEA wall mounted track rails. There are 3 which which comes to 420cm across, but total size will need to be cut down to 400cm

After I replaced the batteries in my blinds remote it seems to be unpair now. Seems the remote is sending out signal (according to the screen), but the blinds do not move. Want to get this working again. I have a booklet, but want to get someone experienced who will be able to get this done faster than me. The blinds were installed by Wynstan blinds.

Hi, my large translucent roller blind in Bondi Junction is not able to be rolled down. I think part of the material is stuck in the roller mechanism. The blind is only a few years old. I need a very experienced blind installer to come and fix the issue. If they cannot, I would like them to put the repair cost towards a new blind and installation. I need someone to come and fix / reinstall a Venetian blind in my study. One of the brackets holding the blind has broken and the blind has come loose on one side. I’ve attached photos of: • The damaged/broken side • The window frame and existing setup • Another identical Venetian blind next to it that is still installed correctly as an example of how it should look when completed. I’m looking for someone who can: • Assess the existing bracket/setup • Supply and install a suitable replacement bracket. The existing bracket has been destroyed and is no longer available. • Reattach and secure the blind properly • Ensure it is level, secure and operating normally The window frame is timber. The blind fixture has come out of the wall, and needs to be secured again, the bracket and screws were found (pictured).

I have a Roman blind that has broken and needs repairing. Just a bit of sewing really.

Set up 2 sets of 190cm venetian blinds, wood 6.8cm. Will need to drill into brick to attach brackets. Noting: Position of 1 is tricky as appears to have sheet metal under the paint. My cheap hammer drill could not drill through.
