My bedroom blinds have fallen down, and I have purchased replacement blind clutches and hinges. I’m looking for someone experienced who can: - Drill and securely attach the hinges/brackets to the ceiling. -Hang the blinds and ensure they are properly secured and working. You will need to bring your own tools and equipment, including a suitable drill and step ladder. Ideally, you will have experience installing blinds and be able to ensure they are safely and securely fitted. The replacement materials are already purchased, so this task is for installation only. Require someone to plug in our electric blinds to charge and then potentially drop back past after a few hours to unplug them. Someone who is a get-it-done type and who doesn't have an issue about being 5m up on a ladder. We have a ladder at the site. May need an extension lead with you. Should be a relatively easy job for someone handy. May be a cover to unscrew to be able to plug in the charger.

Looking for a handyman to supply and install 2 clear plastic blind cord guides to two blinds at my apartment with extra long cords so they’re not a safety risk. Pics for reference. It’s a 5min job (takes about 60 seconds each but say 5mins). Would do it myself but I’m interstate for work and need someone to attend when the tenant is free to let you in.

One end of our apartment blind mount has been torn out of the plaster ceiling and is hanging loose. A repair has been done with screws and glue but the repair has failed. We need a solid, structural repair that looks tidy. Very minimal painting or plastering could be required, but the damage to the ceiling is hidden under the blind mount once it's reattached. Only one end of the blind has detached, so the blind is still solidly attached to the ceiling.

I’m after some quick ad hoc work: removing a motorised blackout blind in the main bedroom of a unit we rented, and swapping out/reinstalling the wooden slat that was there originally.
