My sliding door which is on carpet and wood is very problematic and would not open or close easily. Please help fix it so I can slide it open and shut smoothly.

(You tube videos make it complicated and prefer someone that has done this already) Note this is not for the whole capsule attached to the door, this is only for the reflective glass and backing of the glass.
