Drill 4 holes in brick wall and secure folding Clothes line. Easy job. Bring a Masonary drill & 10mm drill bit plus 13mm spanner and a level. It’s an easy job for $80 1/measure and mark where to drill 2/ make sure level, 3/ drill four holes 4/attach the posts with bolts 5/collect cash and leave :)

Install a sliding barn door and unsure if a bulkhead to attach to is required. Can source barn door and sliding kit myself or include in quote for those that can provide. The red square is the bulkhead, looking for advice on whether the rail needs to be secured against something as the gap is open to ceiling.
