overall approximately 6 hours of work, my foot is injuried so can not handle these little tasks 1. Install reed fence on existing metal fence foundation 2. Remove a small pine plant 3. Fix two timber frame 4. clean the 20 sqrmeter backyard 5. Fix a broken cabinet door

Deinstall trampoline and jungle gym. Organise all bolts and screws into bags and move to garage space. Photos included

Cut holes and install 2x door handles and strike plate. Strike plate will need to be a 54mm (image of what I propose is included) as door frame is thicker. We will provide the handles and strike plate.

The other two are existing cuts were previous built in wardrobes were taken out and replaced with new ones. Render one air vent that has been bricked in. White set tender finish this. Then render in gabs in brickwork in small hallway. It can still look like brick/textured but needs to be flat to make it easier to paint.

Clothes line is broken and need it to be replaced urgently. Installation and removal : $100-150 Clothes line: can replace with single fold down clothes line. Pay as the product costs with receipt.

Silicone seal all of our floor skirting boards and patch drill holes. Locations are in medium sized dining room, 2x medium bedrooms, 2 small hallways, small laundry, small office. Approx total = 67sqm Second part of the job is to fix 3 spots where the ceiling cornices are damaged.

The operator bracket is detached from the top panel, and the top panel appears to be bending inward near the opener arm attachment. It looks like it may need reinforcement (possibly a steel strut). It is a single door, 5 panels, sectional garage door.

the wood piece is broken, we need it replaced and replace also the above roofing sheets.

Looking for a qualified and licenced roofer to fix the flashing to prevent links. Must have insurance. 1. Fill the gap with matching roof tiles. 2. Apply new flashing from upper level down pipe, under small window and down the wall to the lower gutter. 3. Cut back the gutter and make good the end and edge of roof. 4. Change the water direction of a section of guttering and add new downpipe and link to drainpipe.

Install 3 x brand new hoselink reels for me. 2 in brick wall 1 in aluminium fence post. Please only apply if you have experience doing this as i dont want any damage. Thank you

Two half's of a door disconnected by its screws.

Tv won't turn on. Screen is just black. After researching my best guess is it's possibly a fuse but really I'm not sure. Generally I work 7am - 4pm but today I'm off work so today I'm available anytime that someone can do the job.

Screen door has fallen out of latch and lever has snapped. Needs to be fixed.

Vertical pole reinforcements of the slats have come loose, leaving the horizontal slats unsupported. Bed creaks as a result.

I'm looking for a handyman that might be available today to swap out at least 5 (but up to 8 if time allows) internal doors for new ones. Requires some trimming down as the new doors are 820 and the old are 810. The handles and striker plates will also need to be fitted. I'm in Bardwell Park. Let me know if you could come out today or first thing tomorrow.

I am switching my internal door styles and need someone to take off the old ones and fit the new ones. The new doors are 820 wide and the old ones are 810 so they will need 10mm taken off the side and about the same off the top. Also will need to swap the handles (which are relatively new from the old doors to the new ones). The new handles are a bit lower so will need to do new cut-outs in the door frame for the striker plates and if possible fill in the old holes.
