I have the attached bolts but if they don't look like they are the correct ones to use to attach to the roof the air tasker will need to provide their own. I am looking for a Carpenter to install a retractable outdoor awning on a balcony. Firstly I need a 3 metre length of 4x2 attached to the outer wall. You will need to find studs as it is a timber frame with concrete sheet and probably use Dynabooks to secure it as a base. The bearer then needs to be silicon sealed and then painted (I'll provide the paint and sealant etc). Then the awning cartridge, 3M long, needs to be attached to the 4x2 bearer. The installation is on the balcony of an apartment in Collins St. The balcony is 4 M wide x 2 M deep. The installation is approximately 2 M high on the entry side, so you'll need a ladder, and I can be here to assist. - Due date: Flexible

There's an outdoor 'awning' for want of a better word. Made up of wooden slats - approx 1 metre long but I'm not sure. Need the bottom one repaired. The wood is old and fragile so I think we need a new piece of wood - cut to size, painted and installed (see close ups - looks like a standard washer and a nut. A friend tried to fix with tape but now it actually looks worse.
