Install this awning - very light - new one Stud finder required and 3-4 timber screws

I am seeking someone to install a motorized retractable awning. Size is approx 3*2.5. Need someone to do the actual measurement before I order it. Also my wall is not concrete, it feel like aluminum sheet, maybe need to have a timber frame before installation.

You don't need to go into the apartment but you'll need a hook of some kind to pull the awnings down. If you think you can fix it you can quote direct to me, or advise extra fee while on site. I do have an agent managing the property but they are not being much help in this case. Job can be done any time between 8am-6pm by arrangement, but ideally between 8-11 am as that's when I'm most available on the phone.
