Need a hand to install two new code locks on metal gate I have everything just need somebody to install them

remove old colorbond fence & gate & install new Hamptons Style (1800mm High) Privacy fence & gate. Need someone to come out and measure and quote.

Description: I have two solid wooden side gates mounted on timber posts. During the recent hot weather the timber appears to have expanded and now both gates need adjustment. Gate 1: The handle and latch mechanism is jammed and the handle will not turn. The gate cannot currently be opened. Gate 2: The latch is slightly misaligned (about 1–2 mm) and the gate does not close properly. See photo attached. We wish to add a lock with a key to this gate. The posts are solid and vertical. The gates likely need adjustment, hinge alignment, or minor planing to account for timber movement due to temperature. Looking for someone with carpentry or gate repair experience. Please mention if you have experience repairing wooden gates or adjusting hinges/latches Location: Heidelberg / Bellfield area.

As per title each panel about 1.2m x 1m wide, as well as a small 30cm squared rebar piece.

1.8m wide x 1.8m long side gate fence. Need to be painted. I have the polish paint. Sand paper back and remove render spots on the fence. You will need sand paper, brushes to complete the work.

The recent storm derailed the fence gate from its track, and I suspect a potential motor damage or disruption that an expert should be able to fix quickly. The motor still has power and it makes a humm noise when the remote is clicked, so it’s likely a small job.
