I’m looking for a skilled welder/fabricator to modify my existing front gate. The gate currently sits too low (set to clear the driveway) and needs to be raised and adjusted so it swings inward instead of outward. Scope of works: • Grind off existing welds/hinges as required • Raise and reposition the gate/hinges • Weld gate back into position securely • Ensure smooth inward swing and proper alignment Gate is already installed — this is a modification, not a new gate build. I have a very heavy entry gate that is rubbing on the Sandstone ground when opening and closing. It has three welded bullet hinges. I am hoping it can be lifted off the hinges and bushings installed on the hinge to raise it just enough to stop the rubbing. Alternatively, cut the hinges off and re-weld to raise the gate to give adequate clearance. If cutting and welding is required I would like the bare metal repainted. I am looking for someone who could do either options please quote for both. I do not want responses that I have to pay a call out fee to receive a quote. I understand time is money but the scope here is pretty fixed. If you can’t do both options then please don’t respond to this task. I will pay cash on completion. I will Just give The job a budget of $10 because I have no idea what this work will cost. Please quote what the job is worth to you and ignore the $10 budget. PS. If there is a better way to achieve the outcome of more clearance I am open to additional suggestions but I would still like a quote for the two options described above.

I replaced the hinges and gate lock on a garden fence but the gate doesn't open properly. I think the issue is that I need more space between the latch and hook. The challenge I have is that I can move the gate further away becuase it is too close to the bolts that is holding the other fence on a brick wall

Custom built timber gate needs to be modified with a cut-out to accommodate new PVC pipe that is mounted close by. Gate needs to be reattached more securely to the wall (anchors have come away several times previously). Gate needs to be reswung and adjusted so latch/bolt fits keeper. our kitchen sink is suddenly backed up and not draining, along with an associated drain that is outdoors behind the kitchen. we've previously had this happen, and maybe there is something structural to investigate, but in the first instance we need it cleared

Front door handle/lock needs replacing with something more secure. Front gate needs new handle. Also if you do intercoms too? Need to relocate ours.

Over the heavy rain we noticed some bubbles in the plaster above a window and below a roof joint. Must be a leak and need it fixed. House is a single storey with a corrugated roof. Pictured is the bubbling of plaster, and roof corner where the problem is. The wood portion seems old and cracked and I assume that is where water is creeping in
