Our timber side gate needs tightening/mending. Should only require new screws/tightening of existing fixtures rather than any major works.

Sliding door in my son’s room needs fixing and side gate of house needs new latch.

Soft closing gate is slamming shut. I think hinges need adjusting.

Fix a side gate with some metal work

1) The fence and fence post has fallen reattach to brick wall 2) bolts to folding arm for swing gate have rusted. Bolt has been cut. Need to drill out the bolt and insert a new bolt and loosen other bolt. Then reattach the arm to the gate

Our timber-paling garden gate has a steel frame. The fence has moved and we can't open the gate. Looking for someone to inspect what has shifted and get it opening, closing and locking properly again, retaining the existing lock if practical. We have a sliding gate for our car port (see picture), it’s operated by a lift master sly500 motor. The motor works fine and the gate too, but to open and close the remotes don’t work too well anymore, even with new batteries one needs to be outside the car, standing less than 1.5m away from the receiver for it to work. Even with new batteries in the remote. There may be a problem with the antenna or the receiver, the mechanism is pretty old.

The hinge on my aluminium side gate has broken and come loose. I need someone to replace the broken hinge and any necessary fittings to ensure the gate opens and closes properly. Fix my gate / fence post

Looking for someone to repair our metal front gate. One of the welded joints has come apart and the metal section has detached. Would like it reattached securely and restored to its original position. Please see photos. Ideally looking for someone experienced with metal gate repairs/welding.

We had child safety gates installed last month at the top and bottom of our staircase, but unfortunately they were not installed properly. The staircase opening is wider than the gates, so the previous installer added some timber to fill the gap. However, I don’t think enough timber was used and the gates are still not fitted securely/properly. We need someone experienced to: * Reinstall both the upstairs and downstairs child safety gates * Add additional timber/wood as required to properly bridge the gap * Make sure both gates are securely mounted, level and safe for a young child Happy for you to supply the additional timber/materials required from Bunnings

The latch needs to be drilled back on and the lock for my front door and back gate replaced or fixed

Section cut out of brick wall for gate to be installed. 2 x Vertical sides of wall approx 1.2m high and 0.35m wide need to be done . Bricks are broken/ rough cut so needs padding/ flattening before rendering.

Timber securing hinges to timber door needs replacing (as do the hinges). I have timber, hinges and screws just need install. You will need a few nails. Timber is hard wood.

We bought a baby gate that needs to be hammer drilled and mounted between two brick walls. You would need to come to our place, drill and mount the gate

End of lease fumigation required for 2-bed apartment under clause regarding pet ownership. Moving on Sat July 18th. Professional cleaners and carpet cleaners booked for Mon July 20th all day (last day of lease), please advise if it’s recommended to fumigate prior to cleaners as ideally I’d like to book this for late afternoon on the 18th or anytime on Sunday the 19th.

Kitchen tap needs to be replaced/ and or fixed it's unusable at the moment due to a significant leak. Bathroom toilet seems to have a slight leak when flushed but importantly the flow from the sink seems to be going to the toilet so need to get that investigated / fixed too.
