Need someone to offer some advice on the right kind of baby gate to install at top of stairs as I do not trust the pressure mount ones as they never seem to be safe enough. Timber securing hinges to timber door needs replacing (as do the hinges). I have timber, hinges and screws just need install. You will need a few nails. Timber is hard wood.

Kitchen tap needs to be replaced/ and or fixed it's unusable at the moment due to a significant leak. Bathroom toilet seems to have a slight leak when flushed but importantly the flow from the sink seems to be going to the toilet so need to get that investigated / fixed too.

The section of the steel gate that has the locking mechanism isn’t straight (which means the gate won’t close as the lock sticks out) — that section needs to be cut off and rewelded so it’s straight / flush
