I have ordered a Quickscreen gate 1m wide by 1.8m high and there are 20 horizontal slats which all need to be shortened - all the same. The gate comes disassembled so I can bring the slats to be cut to your place and wait.

Build and install an external sliding dog gate (approx 75cm wide, 90cm high). I have the decking wood (can be used for the whole gate). You supply/install the sliding track/rollers and latch (or tell me what to buy), and ensure it slides smoothly and closes securely.

Gate post needs to be reset to brick wall. The bolts securing the post are half out of the wall they are bent, and need to be removed and replaced in the process of resetting the post to brick wall to enable gate to open and close.

our kitchen sink is suddenly backed up and not draining, along with an associated drain that is outdoors behind the kitchen. we've previously had this happen, and maybe there is something structural to investigate, but in the first instance we need it cleared

Front door handle/lock needs replacing with something more secure. Front gate needs new handle. Also if you do intercoms too? Need to relocate ours.

Our back gate has come off its hinges and needs to be reattached/fixed securely. The frame and gate are both intact, but it will likely require re-aligning, rehanging, and making sure it swings and latches properly. Over the heavy rain we noticed some bubbles in the plaster above a window and below a roof joint. Must be a leak and need it fixed. House is a single storey with a corrugated roof. Pictured is the bubbling of plaster, and roof corner where the problem is. The wood portion seems old and cracked and I assume that is where water is creeping in
