I’m looking for an experienced concreter to carry out two small exposed aggregate concrete patch repairs located close to each other. Scope of Works • Break out and remove failed concrete • Prepare substrate and edges properly • Place new 100mm thick exposed aggregate concrete • Finish to closely match existing exposed aggregate (as best as practical) Patch Sizes • Area 1: approx. 450mm x 700mm • Area 2: approx. 450mm x 450mm • Both approx. 100mm thick

Gate is lightly/partially sanded. Need it fully sanded (one side only) in preparation for staining by myself.

New hinges installation (I will buy the new hinges after talking to airtasker hired to do job). Fix or confirm top of the gate metal is safely secured.

I’m looking for an experienced electric gate installer to install and automate an existing driveway gate at a residential property. The gate is already purchased — this job is for installation, motorisation, wiring, and commissioning only. Plus concrete forming for track to be fixed down.

Installation of baby gate. I have the bought Perma Ultimate Extra Wide Barrier which should work for my stairs as well as safety gate bannister adapters to affix to railings rather than wall in case that is required . It may not be straight forward given the structure of the stairs and the railings, but I’m not sure, please see photos.

Need the 6 hinges replaced on 3 gates to a wooden picket fence. existing hinges are rusted , 1 has broken off the wooden pillar and another broken.

Twin front pedestrian steel gates no longer close and latch properly because the gap between the two brick side pillars has reduced by approx 10mm at the top vs the bottom due to street tree roots. Hinges can no longer be adjusted to accommodate. Would therefore like the RHS gate to be modified so as to reduce its width by ~10mm. This will involve cutting this amount off each of nine internal 10mm steel rods and the top and bottom frame, grinding back the stumps, re-welding the shortened rods back to the gate frame, and re-Installing to ensure normal gate and latch operation. Owner will re- paint as required.
