My timber gate has broken the timber post it was hinged to. The existing post needs to be removed, a new treated pine post installed in concrete, and the gate rehung with the existing hinges if possible. The gate should be aligned so it opens and closes properly.

We require someone who could adjust an existing pedestrian gate to close properly. It is not closing properly due to one post shifting and the door is hitting a bolt on the other post.

Looking for a qualified plumber to inspect and fix an issue with a methane/gas-like smell that comes through the house from time to time. Open to discussion on how the job should go from someone with more experience.

We have two wooden garden gates to install out our property that requires the skill of a carpenter or an experienced handy man. Below are photos of the gates and the places to hang them. The gates are not the same size as the area in which they are to be fitted and will require posts. Gate#1 - gap = 1.33m and the gate is 900mm. Gate#2 - gap = 1.12m and the gate is 1000mm.
