We require someone who could adjust an existing pedestrian gate to close properly. It is not closing properly due to one post shifting and the door is hitting a bolt on the other post.

Existing latch on door/gate at top of stairs is not aligned, so cannot be used. Need someone to adjust the door so it is aligned with the latch properly.

Looking for a qualified plumber to inspect and fix an issue with a methane/gas-like smell that comes through the house from time to time. The smell isn’t constant but appears randomly, so we need someone to check for possible leaks, blocked vents, or any other plumbing issues that could be causing it. Job is to remove the old section still in ground (~600mm), fabricate a replacement, and then reinstall the post (cemented in at least 600mm, level, and aligned to existing locks) and replace brickwork. -Remove broken steel post from ground -Install + align new post -Steel Post: 2400 x 100 x 50mm -Parts to install on post: gate stop (both sides) + electric lock cages (to remove from existing post) + solid top -Painted black -Cemented in 600mm into the ground -lock cages (strike plates?) to be aligned to existing locks My preference is for someone to supply materials and complete the whole job but if that isn't possible I could do the fabrication and you complete the removal / install only (including installing the lock cages). Open to discussion on how the job should go from someone with more experience.

Need installed a retractable baby gate Perma Child Safety

We have two wooden garden gates to install out our property that requires the skill of a carpenter or an experienced handy man. Below are photos of the gates and the places to hang them. The gates are not the same size as the area in which they are to be fitted and will require posts. Gate#1 - gap = 1.33m and the gate is 900mm. Gate#2 - gap = 1.12m and the gate is 1000mm.
