Find a professional gate installation in Nedlands

I need to be sure my fly wire door and 2 garden gates close automatically to comply with pool safety requirements. Are you able to do this for me in the next week or at the last week in Feb - Due date: Before Wednesday, 7 February 2024

Two of our pool gates aren’t self closing and it appears that their hinges have been installed upside down (which makes it difficult to adjust the closing tension). I need someone to reinstall the hinges correctly and tighten so that the automatic self closing function is effective. It shouldn’t require any new materials as the existing hinges are fine (just installed ipside down) and I have a spare hinge that has been unused). There may be a need to drill new holes in the gate if the existing holes don’t align with the new hinge settings. - Due date: Before Friday, 12 January 2024

Gate does not close properly, had handyman try and fix before but they could not really fix it, improved it for short time only. Not sure what the problem is ? It's a corner property needing - i) Fence on the side road - 1.8m high as it is a busy road. Length 20m. ii) Fence on the front road - 1.5m high picket fence. Length 27m. Length includes the driveway gate and pedestrian gate. The width of the gates is 3m (driveway) and 1m (pedestrian). All gates will need to be of the swing type.

Hi - two gates installed. 8 screws in each gate which need to be carefully drilled into exterior of house Need experienced handyman - quick job. Kind of like a child protector gate to stop the dog running out from house to the road from an external balcony with an opening each side of patio to stairs.

Space is 1250mm (house wall to fence). Likely to need a 900mm width gate and a post each side. Height required is 1800mm.

Need an outdoor metal gate latch repaired (Metal on metal). Gate has blown in the wind and slammed shut, hence latch is now coming loose. Currently latch and catcher are bolted onto metal frame, but might need a better longer term solution than what was in place (bigger latch?), or perhaps reinforcing it so it doesn't happen again. Open to suggestions on best long term solution & price flexible based on solution provided. Thanks David

We want to make a gate about 1 metre wide or whatever is the closest standard size is and re-install the rest of the fence
