Find a professional gate installation in Mount Hawthorn

I have an electric lock on my front gate and all works fine except the keyhole can be moved freely with my finger and unlock it without a key. I think maybe the entire barrel is just turning ? Need an expert with experience with these kind of locks.

The gate fixings on the swing post have worked loose they need to be a more solid dynabolt style I think - Due date: Flexible

Replace current plate that stops gate going past latch with larger and thicker metal square so it can be screwed with 4 screws or welded to steel gate frame. Current plate is loose and screws no longer bite into frame. - Due date: Flexible

The hinges and receiver on this gate wore out, the frame was removed and needs bolting back on with a new heavy duty hinges and receiver. I think the original gate can be re fitted hopefully. Price negotiable of course - Due date: Flexible

Existing side external gate is toast. Space is approximately 1200mm wide (with existing posts fixed to masonry both sides). From inside post to inside post is 1117mm. Very happy for a basic Bunnings-style gate

The gate has been assembled, just needs to be installed. Old timber gate needs to be removed from ground. Pavers will need to be lifted up & post dug up. I’ve uploaded pictures of the old & new gate. Instruction manual from Stratco printed out. I work from home so am flexible to fit in with you.

I’ve purchased all the materials needed to build & install 3 aluminium slated gates. I’ve been told it’s a days work so I’m offering $400 ($50 per hour) which I hope is ok? I’ve included photos of the existing timber gates that need to be removed.

I need my front fence and gate puppy proofed. Wrought iron gates need secured mesh until pup is older. Will pay for cost of mesh but you will need to purchase yourself.

We have metal gate at the front and the bars are far enough apart for a puppy to get through and also get under. We need to puppy proof it so puppy can’t get out as we are getting a puppy in 4 weeks. Not sure best way to do it - whether we place mesh or whatever. Open to any ideas. See the attached photo of the gates.
