TAU D749MA Rev02(11-2014) Electric double gates, one leaf won't open and close properly. I have performed a full reset, and all the appropriate lights are flashing the colour that they are supposed to. It could be a sensitivity thing, but I have tried to adjust the trimmer without success. Needs experience in gates like this to assess and repair.

Looking for help installing an automatic gate to a driveway. I can organise the purchase and delivery of the gate but would prefer a professional opinion on which one before I buy. Replace MHouse SL210 motorized driveway gate with more powerful gate. Or fix issues with gate auto closing. Our gate motor is about 10 years old and it has trouble consistently closing. 1 in every 3 or so times while we are closing it, it keeps catching on something and opening again and we have to press the close button about 5 times. This has started happening since the renovation where some large vehicles drove over the gate rail. However this issue is not consistent. Sometimes it closes without a problem. Sometimes we clean out the rail after rain and debris and it closes, but sometimes it doesn't.

We require structural sign off to add a non-permeable roof to our pergola. We are in City of Bayswater which has different rules to our neighbouring council regarding patios. We have built a pergola with a shade cloth. Because it lets water through, it's not classed as a patio and therefore fits within the current Pergola guidelines for Bayswater that do not require council approval. We would now like to add corrugated plastic roofing to protect from rain in the winter. This would make it a patio and require structural sign off to be able to get council approval. If we lived 1km to the West, we wouldn't require this sign off as Stirling allows patios with a roof under a certain size to be built without council sign off.

I need someone with a demo saw or similar to do one cut through an exposed aggregate concrete path in Maylands. The width of the path is 1400mm and depth 75mm. Doesn’t need to be perfect and no requirement to remove any section of path. The red line on the photo is where the cut would be.

My gate latch is not working- cannot open the latch. It seems like an inner spring or mechanism may have fallen off? This gate also has a lock feature.
