This is the only way to ensure an automatic closer doesn't rip out again.

Repair timber gate. Hinges appear to be broken. I’ll provide a new pair of hinges - as per the attached picture . I’m not a handyman, so don’t know the cause of the problem or scope to fix. If you need more pictures, happy to provide

Hi, I have two outdoor timber gates that have started sagging slightly and no longer latch closed. They need to be re-aligned and adjusted so they close and click in smoothly again. Likely requires installing an additional hinge at the top of the gate, and making sure the gate hangs square. No major rebuilding needed.

See photos. Existing Timber Gate and Posts require relocation from existing position/location to just in front of the gas meter which is located approx 1-1.3m away. No new door is needed just relocation of the existing door. You will need to either re-use or create a new frame and post on either side of the gate.
