Hi - we have a blade style steel gate at the front of our house. When it was installed, it was hung crookedly and as a result sticks rather than fully closed. Whoever put it in, needed to cut a small channel into some brickwork for the hinge to sit in so that the gate would hang straight and they didn’t do it. You can see where they started to cut the brick away, then stopped and hung the gate crookedly. I’ve attached pictures - the issue is a channel needed to be cut into the cream brick at the top because it stuck out. Flexible on when it needs to be done. Really want a good job on it.

Hi I'm looking for a handy man to cut my shed door to size and re-attach to the shed (we recently had paving done so it needs to be shortened). Picture attached. We have high windows shutters external to the house that need to be screwed out and removed (will need ladder). Picture attached. Lastly we need to re-establish a gate post into concrete/shed. I need someone to fix a leak I have in my tin roof. I have tried to waterproof it but it hasn't worked. It's a corrugated tin roof. The roof angles and runs into a drain that runs the water to the down pipes. There are 2 leaks that I have identified but I don't know how to fix them.
