We have an inspection on Monday and need someone to mow and clean our front and back yard. If you’re handy, there’s a broken sprinkler head that needs replacing. The back yard is basically pavers and a sand pit and was a mess when we moved in, so it doesn’t need to be perfect, just tidy! Will probably take 3/4 hours and we have our junk collection in a couple of weeks so all rubbish can be left at the end of the front garden. There’s a few fallen palms to clear and some dog poops (we have two big doggies who I will keep inside while you’re here) we just don’t have time to do inside and out before Monday as we’ve both been unwell unfortunately so the help is massively appreciated! No need to lay any seeds or water anything, it’s all super dead which we’ll explain to the real estate, but if you know how to to fix sprinkler heads we’ll be happy to pay for that too. If you can bring a mower, gloves, a broom, probably a wheel barrow and lots of bin bags - that’s all you’ll need.
