The lawn isn't that big or growing that healthy but it hasn't been cut since March. The lawn can be mowed or whipper snipped but you will have to work around a few broken retic pipes. There is a vine weed that is also growing at a rapid pace around the garden that i would like removing (but not sprayed as I have fruit trees). The patio has some weeds growing up through the paving stones that i would also like pulling up. It is not a massive job (the biggest bit is the vine/weed removal) but it will take a few hours. The garden just needs a general tidy up. I have no gardening tools so you must have all the gardening equipment you will need. There will be an empty green waste bin on site. Have posted this before but unfortunately the real estate was a completely stuff around and now we have offical dates thankfully. When you make offer with your price, please mention what your service includes. Needing someone to come mow the lawns and tidy up the gardens and make it look schmick for the next tenants at this property. I put emphasis on the word “schmick”. It’s gotta look good. Lawns mildly overgrown, need maintenance ASAP, will pay a good price but need a good job done as were breaking lease at this house and need it to look appealing to new tenants.

We are needing our garden tidied up either Wednesday or Thursday. Lawns mowed, few trees trimmed and general tidy up.

Needing front and backyard taken care of, it’s not an enormous property, it’s got a decent yard but it’s not tiny or huge either. The reason there’s a bigger price tagged attached to this task is because I need it done well, and you might need to do weeding, line trimmer might be needed, the front yard as well is almost no grass as it’s a lot of pebbles mostly, but nonetheless does need a tidy up. It’s not a complete trash heap, there’s no rubbish or anything like that everywhere. Again, just need the job done thoroughly and well. Will upload photos tomorrow.

Approximately 1hr worth of weeding garden beds

Just need someone to use a whipper snipper on the driveway, pathway and side of garden beds (including pebbled area). Should take max an hour, just had my edger die so can’t get it done myself. A clean up of the bushes would be amazing too.
