I'm looking for an experienced landscaper/gardener to level and prepare the backyard shown in the photos for a new lawn. The property has recently had tree/stump removal completed, and the area now needs to be properly cleaned up and prepared. Work required: Level and grade the existing ground to create a reasonably flat and even lawn area Redistribute/remove excess soil where required Remove remaining tree roots, wood/chippings, rocks, rubble and other unwanted debris from the lawn area Break up/prepare compacted soil Fill low areas and ensure the ground has a suitable fall for drainage Prepare the soil ready for grass Supply and spread suitable topsoil/soil conditioner if required Rake and finish the area to create a smooth, even surface Supply and plant/seed suitable grass for the area Apply starter fertiliser if appropriate Leave the area clean and ready for the grass to establish Important: Please provide a quote that includes labour, basic materials, grass seed and removal/disposal of green waste and rubbish generated from the job. I'm looking for someone experienced in lawn preparation and landscaping who can do a proper job rather than just roughly spreading the soil. Access to the site is about 105cm but the side fence can be removed for a much bigger entrance.
