You are to bring suitable potting mix/anything else necessary at your own cost (ie covered by the total task price). - purchase a replacement plant replace for the dead one, at my cost (to be agreed) and plant it in the existing pot. - there are green bins available in the apartment building. - work can be done on the balcony or in the downstairs carpark - Refer to first two photos Back Balcony: I have several plants that again need maintenance to keep them alive. Task is to - repot or otherwise treat alive plants, again with your own potting mix, fertiliser or whatever is necessary - using existing pots, purchase additional plant at my cost and transplant them. - clean up and take away rubbish, using apartment bins if necessary. I am budgeting up to 4 hours work, including travel time to and from apartment to source additional pots or plants at $100 per hour so $400.
