Require a general tidy up and clean up of overgrowth for front yard, front porch, sides of house and backyard. Refer to pictures. Expectations include sweep away all loose leaves including on the backyard lawn, paved areas, trim overgrowth of plants, remove larger weeds from paved areas, trim overgrowth around fenced areas. No need to do anything with the large backyard olive trees.
