Garden clean up in Alphington - 2 hours work

I have a small job needing help to get done with my back garden. I have about 3m^2 area of garden that needs de-weeding as a once-off work. Long story short, as soon as I moved into this rental house, the realtors had not looked after the garden at all and its overrun by weeds the moment I moved in! Needing someone to help de-weed as part of the move-in costs for my realtor to pay for! Prefferable for people who can prepare an invoice for work as evidence to pass over to realtor.
