He wasn’t satisfied with the screws that came with the mounting brackets, so he went the extra mile to bring stronger hardware for better wall stability — really shows his professionalism and attention to detail. He also assembled my complex bed and side tables perfectly, taking his time to make sure everything was done right. On top of that, his pricing is very reasonable.
