I need my floor repaired. About 1m by 1m. I have the spare laminate flooring.

Deck needs to be recoated

Main scope of work: • Inspect existing timber balcony structure • Reinforce structural elements as required • Replace several damaged or deteriorated timber boards • Ensure balcony is structurally sound and safe Painting / coating is optional at this stage. Prepare and oil wooden deck (2 coats) Easy access (front of house) with power points. No height climbing required. Approximate measurements 15x3m We will supply the oil and mop/brushes and clear the area of furniture.

Need to apply silicone (white) between skirting boards and timber floor. Both are newly installed and already painted so just need silicone sealant to cover the gap (between 1-3mm). Upstairs only, 5 rooms and 1 corridor approx 90-100m in total

Carefully remove a short piece of skirting board so that the cupboard will fit ito the alcove.

We've recently removed some carpet near our staircase and uncovered hardwood floorboards (approx. 1000mm x 1040mm). Unlike the rest of the hallway, this section hasn't been sanded or polished. We're looking for someone to sand back the wood, stain and finish (lacquer/deal/protect) this small area so it blends in with the surrounding floorboards as closely as possible. We're aware the colour may not be a perfect match, and that's completely fine. Please note that you'll need to supply your own tools and materials, as we don't have any available.

I need assistance with laying down ram board to protect timber floors. This will be an hourly rate of $50 per hour I imagine will take 2-3 hours. Thursday evening or early Friday morning. I will provide the board and masking tape.

After the carpet replacement, several interior doors are no longer opening properly. They need to be taken off their hinges, trimmed with a power saw, and re-hung.

Installation of timber flooring

I need a skilled handyman or tradesperson to trim the bottom of 2 aluminum doors (Double Door) to create a 25mm clearance between the doors and the existing wooden floor. This is to accommodate new carpet and underlay being installed. The doors are made of extruded aluminum with glass inserts, and I want to preserve the glass. There are NO deadbolt latchs at the bottom of the door. The bottom of each door needs to be cut/planed down evenly, ensuring smooth operation after trimming. Please bring appropriate tools for cutting aluminum (e.g., aluminum saw, planer for metal). If you have experience working with aluminum doors and can handle precise trimming, please provide your availability!

Carpet repair required per photo. The carpet has been damaged by my dog scratching under the door. I have spare carpet available to use.
