I need about 35sqm of hybrid planks supplied and installed at my apartment. The tasks are 1. Remove the old carpet( thin and without underlay glued straight on) 2. Install hybrid fully waterproof minimum 6mm planks 3. Existing skirtings to be reused (no scotia required) 4. Old carpet and rubbish to be removed and disposed 5. It’s a fairly small apartment but still has some minimal furniture which means that is needs to be moved around as you go through each room. No heavy lifting guaranteed. We have a very minimalist lifestyle. Only basic and light furniture is used. Please refer to pics. I have attached a floor plan Desired colour A pic of the living area and the areas where the carpet meets the tiles. If you could install the floor in the tiled areas easily then I would like that but if it requires too much drama with levelling etc in this case I’d just leave the tiles as they are. Location Southbank easy onsite parking will be available. Easy access to the building and 2 lifts are fully functional
