Four skirting boards to be put in a 4x3 area. I have the skirting boards painted and ready to go.

We need a few small-ish jobs done in our laundry and bathroom. 1: skirting board installation (please refer to the first photo). Most skirting boards have been installed however there are a few small edges that have not been installed including inside our linen closet. I've measured approx 3 metres all up. 2: we need handles installed with a drill to this cupboard (refer to photo 2). 3: we need the front panel of this cabinet installed (refer to pics 3 and 4). 4: around the edge of the toilet needs to be corked/siliconed. Please let me know if you can do part or all of the jobs. Thank you!

We've had an end of lease clean done but the grout and skirtings need more work. Ideally need done today or tomorrow morning early. I'd say it's a good 3-4 hours work . $150 is absolute budget unless you have special equipment to do the job
