We need flooring to be modified. Removal of 2x 40cm of wood block from concrete ground. Then removal of skirting 5m. Then re adjusting the floorboards of 3sqm. Filling the gap of 0.5sqm with new floorboard. At the end skirtings needs to be placed back to wall. We have spare skirting as well. This needs cutting of new floorboard part to fit.
