Old carpet needs to be ripped up and disposed of and installation of new laminate flooring and underlay.No skirting boards in room. Room measures 4m x 5.5m and is fairly square.

- We've just pulled up the carpets in our Qlder and we're looking for a floor sander. - 86 sq metres, some Black Japan but generally floor boards in very good condition. - Looking for three coats polyurethane, preferably Urethane Coatings brand but flexible on your opinion. - The green area is brand new 140mm hoop pine so would like to see some staining there if possible, 6sqm. - The orange area is fairly rough decking, not sure if worth doing but let's include it please - Pink on the floor plan is old hoop pine. All underlay etc will be removed and floor clean ready to go.
