Need replace or REPAIR at least 4 floorboards in dining room. We have the 4 replacement boards here

Details: One floorboard under the carpet feels loose and creaks when walked on. Timber floor on stumps. Easy subfloor access under the front extension. Access to the back is tighter but manageable. Please fix it from underneath where possible (packing, wedges or screwing up into the board) so the carpet isn’t disturbed. Please check the nearby joist and stump while you’re under there and tell me if anything has dropped. You’ll need to be comfortable crawling under the house. Bring your own torch and tools. Carpentry experience preferred.

I have an existing timber deck with approximately 4–6 localised areas where decking boards are damaged/split around the fixings, including one section where part of a board has broken away (photos attached). I’m looking for someone experienced with timber decking to inspect the affected boards and repair or replace the damaged sections/boards as required, and check that the supporting timber underneath is sound. The remainder of the deck appears structurally okay. Located in Murrumbeena.

Replace 5 damaged decking boards

I ripped up tiles in my small kitchen and laundry. It exposed floorboards to match the rest of the room. It had glue on the boards which I’ve temoved lots of, some is left. I need the boards sanded back so I can continue the rest of the project. I don’t want them fully restored/repaired. Just sanded as I don’t have the machine. I’m aware they are damaged and will need more work.

We had to remove (most of) our kitchen kickers to install new flooring. We need someone to remove the remaining kickers and put in new ones throughout the kitchen. We have Laminex Brushed Brass elsewhere in our home and would like that same product used for our new kitchen kick boards. Source/make, install! These are the measurements: 1880 x 140 1365 x 140 1245 x 145 550 x 145 565 x 150 250 x 150 2500 x 150 1750 x 140 660 x 140 The brushed brass needs to be cut and installed horizontally (‘grain’) to match existing kickboards elsewhere in home. Ideally we’re looking for someone who works precisely and neatly to complete the job between October 5th and 8th.

Need job done as soon as possible. Looking for a handyperson to replace a single damaged hardwood floorboard located inside the cupboard under my stairs. And to fix a door to under my house that has come off its hinges. Details: Scope: Cut out the damaged section/board and fit a solid replacement. Put hinges back on door to under the house. Material: Tasker to supply a suitable piece of timber to fit the gap. Since it's inside a cupboard an exact color/stain match is not important.

We need floorboards replaced with boards to match the existing. A wall was knocked down and the boards used by the previous builder don’t match. We want Baltic pine of a certain width. It’s about 5 lengths of 3.2m needing doing. Plus presumably the skirting board will need be taken off/put back there. Thanks

We have a weatherboard home - timber flooring. In one section (dining room) the floors are squeaking and we would love someone to investigate and fix. House is on stumps and there is access underneath.

Hello! We have around 70cm worth of scratches in length on our flooboards. The cause was the leg of our sofa, where the felt pad attached to the leg came off and exposed the nail to the wooden flooring. The longer scratches are more superficial, but some of the shorter ones more deeper. We require someone who can help with repairing these, if there are multiple options, do advise please.
