We have Baltic pine floorboards that need refinishing (sanding and polish) They are currently overlaid with vinyl flooring which will be removed before works commence 2 rooms at roughly 30sqm total

I will supply material. I need someone who can install carpets in 3 bedrooms, and floorboards in corridor lounge & dining. Days/times flexible. House is empty.

We removed the kitchen and tiles from the kitchen in my mums house, wasn't expecting the floorboards to look as decent as they did. Was hoping to get someone to sand and polish the boards in there to a similar colour to the rest of the house (rest of floorboards photos added for comparison). I know they won't match, but something close-ish would be great. There is also one length of floorboard that is missing that we'd need someone to replace prior to sanding on the far side in the kitchen photos. The kitchen measures 3180mm x 4100mm approx 13m2. I need to have wooden floor boards laid in a 5.4 x4.9m2 living room (see photo). These are click-in floor boards from Bunnings (already purchased). You don’t have to lift the carpet, just put the floorboards on top of it. The job can be done any time this week, but preferably on Wednesday 4/2/26 or Thursday 5/2/26

Refinishing of timber floors (downstairs) in a Reservoir townhouse. Approx 40m2. Refer floorplan I've highlighted in blue the extent. Note we're only doing the bedroom itself not the wardrobes. Photos attached for reference however please note carpet and all items will be removed by us before the job so you won't have to dispose of anything. We have the floorboards and underlay ready to go, so simple job of installing and cutting pieces to fit. Any questions please don't hesitate to ask. An experienced floor polisher to oil approx 65m2 of baked oak engineered floorboards by Austrian company Mafi. I will provide the oil, airtasker to provide all equipment and consumables, ie buffing machine, pads, cloths etc. Must have professional level experience.
