Need someone to finish off sanding and sealing floor boards in a standard bedroom.

Looking to install white or off-white floorboards I want to install white or off-white floorboards in my living room, dining area, and kitchen. It’s a small house, and the existing flooring is tiles. I’m looking for floorboards that can be installed over the current tiled floor.

My floorboards need a refresh. They current have a water base matte finish. I want the boards resanded and polished with semi-gloss. I’m open to either oil or water based, would like a rough quote for either option. I have about 70meters squared of floor area. Need to have the job done before Feb 9, ideally around Feb 4-5.

Looking for someone to sand down all the floors. We don’t need polish just sanding.

Note we're only doing the bedroom itself not the wardrobes. Photos attached for reference however please note carpet and all items will be removed by us before the job so you won't have to dispose of anything. We have the floorboards and underlay ready to go, so simple job of installing and cutting pieces to fit. Any questions please don't hesitate to ask.
