I need my deck sanded around my pool as there are splinters coming through. After the sanding, it needs to be oiled a few times and protected from the sun. The oil around the pool needs to be somewhat of a scotchguard to protect it from water (wood swelling). There may be a dozen screws that need replacing to hold the boards in place as well.

The deck around our small pool needs to be sanded back in preparation for oiling. The last person who 'oiled' the deck painted it instead, so it needs to be stripped right back. Our deck is is approx. 1-1.5m around the sides of the pool and the front of the deck is 0.5-1m high. The deck has recently been modified to replace the pool liner so there are a few extra planks if wood (see 2nd pic) that also need sanding. Depending on costs we may decide do the oiling part ourselves.

I have a small cottage that originally had the floors white washed. It’s been along time since that was originally done. It now needs to have a light sand so I can paint over the top. 3 beds combined lounge dining area Currently no furniture in the house so it will be nice and easy.
