Hi, we've recently purchased a property in Maroubra and are looking to have the timber floors sanded and polished as soon as we get the keys. We don't have access just yet, but can share the floor plan and listing photos. The sandable area is roughly 50-60m2 (living, kitchen, hallway, and 2 bedrooms). Obviously a quote is hard over the phone so we are trying to organise to get someone in to have a look before settlement if possible Thanks

Fill gaps in floor and give a very light polish. Kitchen is most important area as gaps let food fall. Feel free to quote different options. Am not expecting perfection as these are old floors. Floor plan shows hardwood areas in red. “Section 1” is the priority but I’d love to do “1” and “2” if budget allows
