My outdoor downstairs deck needs to be sanded before it is re-oiled, due to a mixup in the initial colour of the oil. It is in good condition, but there are some vertical walls that also need to be sanded, and about 15 stairs. The total area is about 130 m². I will pay for the cost of the hire of the sander, in addition to the paper cost.
