Find a local floor sanding profesional in NSW

Timber deck approx 3 x 7m with steps. Deck was never sealed. Part has been pressure washed and has fibre lift. I need the entire deck sanded evenly (including steps) to remove furring and even out colour. Timber is likely tallowwood or similar and had a pink undertone when new. I want a very light, neutral oil finish to keep it pale and blonde (similar to European oak look). Looking for a neutralising oil system (eg Cutek Extreme with White tone or equivalent). No dark stains, no warm/amber oils, no paint. Please quote including sanding, prep and oil application.

These floorboards haven’t seen the light of day. Appear to be quite flat already. (Carpet was on top) have removed and punched all nails , removed staples. It’s ready for sanding and sealing ( only want a clear finish, nothing to wild) there’s a few minor repairs to do.
