Lay/fix flooring planks to hallway in apartment joining with the newly laid carpet and fastened/finished off neatly. We already have the vinyl planks. The old carpet will need to be removed. Cement floor. Area = 1.07m x 3.58m

1st floor apartment unit. Vynil floor boards were layed over kitchen tiles about 10 years ago. There was a water leak about 2 weeks ago and the boards had to be pulled up in order to dry out the tiles below. Now boards have to be relayed. Area is approximately 9m squared including kickboards. Need handyman with ABN and able to provide report after job. Sample of previous board available but original is no longer sold. Similar colour will do.
