I have floor boards that need to be installed in surfers paradise. The space is the top of my stairs, it’s about 4-5 metres square max.

Hi all I had a one bedroom apartment in Surfers Paradise that needs hybrid flooring and skirting boards installed. https://www.onlineflooringstore.com.au/product/eclipse-valhalla-hybrid-baldur/ - this is the flooring that I have purchased. I need the flooring installed in a kitchen, living area and bedroom. I think this is about 48sqm. Given that it is hybrid flooring we also need skirting boards installed. I'm after someone that can do this as well. The apartment is in an apartment complex on level 12 with loft access. There is also a car park in the basement that can be used. I don't have an exact date yet for this to be done, but I expect it to be around the first half of February 2026. Currently there is carpet, I have not yet removed this. If this is something you could do let me know, otherwise I can arrange for it to be done prior. I am unsure of the price, so please let me know what you think and of course a site inspection will likely be needed. If your interested please let me know and we can arrange a site inspection. Replace 3 cracked floating floorboards

1st floor apartment unit. Vynil floor boards were layed over kitchen tiles about 10 years ago. There was a water leak about 2 weeks ago and the boards had to be pulled up in order to dry out the tiles below. Now boards have to be relayed. Area is approximately 9m squared including kickboards. Need handyman with ABN and able to provide report after job. Sample of previous board available but original is no longer sold. Similar colour will do.

We have a 50 sq metre studio apartment in Surfers Paradise that needs painting the whole apartment, most likely 2 coats, installing floating floorboards and installing a kitchen and bathroom benchtop. Anyone interested please message me..

Remove skirting boards and carpet - Due date: Needs to be done on Friday, 1 December 2023 Carpet is upstairs in two rooms and hall Skirting boards need to have a knife put over them first so they don’t pull paint etc. Skirting boards to be cut and placed in bin, I’ll get the carpet taken to tip. Unless you want to price that in- please do and say so.

Lift skirting boards in home. Furniture will need to be moved from Wall for each location then pushed back after skirting removed. Skirting will need to be placed in bin and cut so it doesn’t go over. - Due date: Needs to be done on Wednesday, 31 May 2023

I need somebody to apply laminate floor boards to my 3x3 beauty room. This will need to be layered over thin carpet. If it needs an underlay, you will need to supply this. Floor boards included.
