They're laid over old timber floorboards, so please take care not to damage the boards. - Dispose of the tiles and rubbish. - Prep the subfloor as needed so it's clean, flat and ready for a floating floor. - Install Market Timbers Hydrowood prefinished cork click planks (7 mm, with underlay). We supply the flooring and underlay. - Fit scotia/trims and any doorway transition strips needed for a neat finish. We have a floating timber floor installed approx. 4-5 years ago. We have a few locations where gaps have opened up, mostly end to end or where boards go under skirting. There is one location where we have a gap along the long edge. Photo of one location provided. 4-5 locations total. We would like these gaps closed up and hopefully ‘glued’ to prevent reopening.

We have recently taken out a built in desk from our apartment entry space only to find that the laminate flooring was installed around the drawers and end panel of the desk which is slightly unbelievable!
