I’m looking for someone experienced in repairing floating timber flooring. A section of the floating timber floor, about 1 square metre, has buckled in the middle outside the laundry room. The floor buckles during winter but returns to normal in summer, so the issue appears to be seasonal. As far as I can tell, there is no obvious water damage. I want to install HYBRID flooring in my apartment living room + bedroom area. I have also given the exact dimensions of the area in the attachment. Need someone to do the complete job including the flooring and installation and removal of old carpet and disposal. The apartment is on Level 5 with lift access. Parking I can provide inside the building parking premises. Dont want any hidden costs so need somebody to do the complete job. And especially who has experience in doing such work in strata buildings to follow the norms. Price should also include the cost of floating tiles. As per my estimation the area is 34sqm.
