Discuss quote on inspection. I have a timber deck that is a few years old and needs some repairs. A number of the deck boards have come loose as the screws are no longer holding properly at the joining sections. I suspect the underlying support structure may not have been built with treated timber, which could be causing the issue. The job will involve: Securing the loose deck boards Replacing a couple of the support beams underneath with treated timber Looking for someone experienced in deck repairs who can assess and fix the issue properly. .

Conduits: Frame must allow for electrical and plumbing lines to be plumbed up through the sub-frame into the spa cabinet. Surface Drainage: Ensure the ground beneath the deck is sloped to prevent water from pooling under the timber structure. Access: Site is accessible by UTE. Sanding and initial oiling/sealing of timber (if using natural wood). Site Cleanup: Removal of all offcuts and construction debris.

1 bedroom had a leak in the wall next to it and had to pull up carpet corner to dry out. Needt to put down nail strip and stretch carpet to fit. Also 2 X small pulls the need repairing.
