I need laminate flooring installed. I have the materials onsite. 60sqm house, pretty straightforward.

Install carpet on clean timber floor. Floors have tack strips. Hallway (approx 1.2 x 4m) and study and stairwell with 20 steps (approx 1.2m x 6m). Room 1 (approx 6m x 4.5m), Room 2 (approx 4m x 4m) and Room 3 (approx 2m x 2.5m). Carpet is second hand BUT IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. Carpet needs to be cut from existing rolls on ground floor and brought up the stairs to the rooms.

Hi there, I’m looking for an experienced handy person or flooring installer to complete a laminate flooring job in my kitchen, dining room, lounge room and hall area approximately 70 sq metres in Katoomba NSW. Scope of works: Prepare subfloor (clean and level check) Move furniture as required to lay laminate (I can help with this) Install underlay (supplied) Install laminate flooring (approx. 70m², supplied) Install transition strips at doorways (e.g. laminate to carpet where applicable) Install scotia/trim to finish edges Areas: Kitchen Dining Lounge Small hallway Materials: Laminate flooring supplied (lightly used, only down for ~3 months, in good condition), 5G click lock system. Mostly lightly used but there are 2 boxes of brand new laminate. Underlay will be supplied. Scotia and transition strips - can be supplied by me, or purchased by you and I will reimburse costs. Important notes: Looking for someone with experience installing floating/click-lock laminate flooring, particularly reused materials Must be familiar with correct expansion gaps, staggered laying, and doorway transitions Own tools and equipment required I understand that re-using laminate means results will not be what would expect with brand new laminate - I just want neat, well laid floors. Timing: I'd like the job completed over the easter long weekend if possible.

1 bedroom had a leak in the wall next to it and had to pull up carpet corner to dry out. Needt to put down nail strip and stretch carpet to fit. Also 2 X small pulls the need repairing.

Concrete floor needs to be levelled, primed and damp proof barrier applied then floating floor boards installed. Leveller, primer and damp proof barrier material supplied Floating floor boards supplied. Just need someone experienced to give me a hand.

We have had to repair a shower leak in a wall in the room adjacent to the bathroom. The carpet in the corner has been pulled up to dry out. It needs re-laying. The smoothedge nail strip was removed too so need 2 lengths. Carpet is in good condition, only 12 months old.
