I want to polish and varnish my current stair treads. Want them to look brighter, similar to oak color. I've taken all out, twelve in total, dimensions of each are: 900 x 235 x 45 There are some nails and staples due to the carpet I removed. New concrete slab 5 days old, need qualified individual to grind and polish. Must have own tools please. Area is 10sqm as seen in photo. Would like it done today or tomorrow before 12pm. Not sure on pricing so quote accordingly please.

Require Mud room and hallway area approx 29sqm . Mudroom approximately 18sqm and hallway approximately 11sqm.Grind and polished concrete . Floor currently has laminate flooring but originally had tiles. All tiles have been removed. Laminate flooring and skirting will be removed and any grouting or patching will be done for you prior to you commencing . If the job is done well there will be other areas to do as well.
